Made-to-Order Process
As a made-to-order brand, we prioritize sustainability by minimizing waste. Production begins only after an order is confirmed online. Typically, both domestic and international orders are shipped within 20-25 business days from the time of order confirmation.
Please note: Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days for standard deliveries.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or made-to-measure pieces.
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 2 days of receiving their order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding its approval or rejection.If approved, your refund will be issued in 2 days after clear inspection as a store credit note for your next purchase. Please note that this credit note is valid only for in-store purchases on www.bhitoi.com and cannot be redeemed for cash.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition in which it was received. The request for a refund or exchange is made within 48 hours of delivery.
No refunds/returns will be provided for items purchased at a sale price.
We only offer replacements or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged from our end, or have a size issue. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at myroots@bhitoi.com. The item must be returned within 2 days, in its original packaging, with tags intact.
Once an order is placed, customers must inform us within 24 hours if they wish to make any changes or cancellations.
